I’m Josh Levine, host of Great Mondays Radio. For more than fifteen years I’ve worked with mid-sized and high-growth technology companies to design the culture systems that make organizations effective and adaptable. I’m also the author of Great Mondays: How to Design a Company Culture Employees Love, named one of BookAuthority’s best culture books of all time, which gives leaders practical tools for designing the systems that shape how their organizations operate.

Great Mondays Radio explores how experienced leaders are redesigning their culture systems in response to AI. On the show, we examine the mechanics behind culture: how decisions move, how managers interpret change, how people are evaluated, and how incentives and information shape behavior inside growing organizations.

The goal is simple: surface practical insight from leaders navigating these challenges so others can better understand how to adapt their own organizations for an AI-shaped workforce.
